1. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

We ship throughout Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from when the order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Cost: FREE Shipping

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND INCIDENTS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, the shipping company will contact you or leave a note to coordinate a new delivery or collection at a service point.
